Chaque mercredi, de 10:00 à 11:30, vivez une expérience immersive mêlant poésie et art du rituel. À travers une cérémonie de thé contemporaine, explorez la puissance des gestes simples pour invoquer des mots inspirés et ouvrir un espace sacré de connexion à l’instant présent. Ce voyage est enrichi par une pratique d’écriture, où chaque mot devient une invocation intime, une incantation déposée dans la matière vivante de votre être.
Cette cérémonie est portée par une méditation inspirée par la tradition du Chöd, telle qu’enseignée par Jérôme Edou et Lama Tsultrim, cette pratique se déploie comme une offrande : faire face à ses démons pour les transformer en alliés, laisser mourir les attachements, transcender les peurs et entrer dans un dialogue plus vaste avec l’invisible.

Every Wednesday, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM, immerse yourself in a unique experience blending poetry and the art of ritual. Through a contemporary tea ceremony, explore the power of simple gestures to invoke inspired words and open a sacred space of connection to the present moment. This journey is enriched by a practice of writing, where each word becomes an intimate invocation, an incantation inscribed into the living fabric of your being.
This ceremony is carried by a meditation inspired by the Chöd tradition, as taught by Jérôme Edou and Lama Tsultrim. It unfolds as an offering: to face one’s inner demons and transform them into allies, to let attachments die, to transcend fears, and to enter a vaster dialogue with the invisible.

En quête d’une création fluide, je recherche cet état de flow, ce moment où tout s’aligne, où l’élan créateur devient une évidence. J’ai découvert qu’il surgit souvent dans un moment de concentration intense. Fixer un point, avec les yeux. Avec l’esprit. Pour franchir le seuil du temple de la création. Alors, le gardien,l’esprit du thé, nous invite à passer de l’autre côté.
Le grand maître du thé japonais, Sen no Rikyū qui vécut au XVIème siècle, enseignait une règle essentielle : porter en soi, à chaque instant, la conscience de l’esprit du thé.
Inspirée par cette sagesse, je propose chaque mercredi matin une cérémonie contemporaine du thé, une voie d’accès à l’écriture poétique et à cet état de flow que nous chérissons toutes et tous.
In search of fluid creation, I seek this state of flow, that moment when everything aligns, when the creative momentum becomes evident. I have discovered that it often emerges in moments of intense concentration. Fixing a point, with the eyes. With the mind. To cross the threshold of the temple of creation. Then, the guardian, the spirit of tea, invites us to pass to the other side.
The great Japanese tea master, Sen no Rikyū, who lived in the 16th century, taught an essential rule: to carry within oneself, at every moment, the awareness of the spirit of tea.
Inspired by this wisdom, I offer a contemporary tea ceremony every Wednesday morning, a pathway to poetic writing and to this flow state that we all cherish.

Setting off on a journey of recognition,
recognizing parts of oneself,
in nature,
and parts of nature,
within oneself,
finding in each drop of water,
a fragment of one’s soul,
and our deep roots,
like a souvenir,
emerging from the Earth,
and the sublime rivers,
seeking the ocean.
The place we are looking for,
is the place we are looking from.
